My Online Office provides service in four broad areas:

• The Calendar shows your current and past deposition schedule in a user-friendly, searchable format. You can find depositions by witness name, case name or date.
  
  
• The Activity section gives you the ability to quickly and easily review invoices and balances online.
  
  
• The Repository contains transcripts of your completed depositions, exhibits, briefs and other critical documents that are downloadable anytime, from anywhere. As soon as we store a transcript in your repository, you will receive an automatic e-mail notification. You can start working with it right away, while you're waiting for the printed transcript to be delivered. 
  
  
• With Online Orders, you can submit requests for a court reporter for any location, worldwide. Our smart deposition request form remembers your previous requests, so you don’t have to start from scratch when you make a new request. Simply copy a prior request and revise it. You will receive an instant email acknowledgement.
